Tips for moderator

Time Divided of this method
4- minutes for introduction
4 minutes for each Panel 4 X 4 = 16/ 4 X 3 = 12 minutes
This is for first round.
Another 10 minutes left for 4 Panels/14 minutes left for 3 Panels is in question section
3 minutes is provide for each question and answer. 3x2=6 minutes
Another 4 minutes is for moderator to conclude all the opinion and answer.
