Bel 313-Introduction of Critical Thinking

Today I will talk about my course that I need to learn in UiTM. The course is bel 313 Introduction of Critical Thinking. This course is for Advance English Learner. It means that person who did not pass the other Bel Code can't take this course. This course is about how we argue about something and question everything. For example we are giving some of article, but did we know some of article show fact and sometimes show author opinion. This is what Bel 313 all about. We need to argue something’s about the article that we read. For example 'Computer games is only for men'

that sentence show that the computer games only for men. My question is did we know that sentence is only author opinion. How I know? This is because that sentence doesn’t give any proof to show that computer games are only for man. It also doesn’t show any percentages that support that sentence. So this is what Bel 313 of about. This is what I need to learn and I need to score to pass this course.

What I know about this course, this course is for pre-law students. I understand why pre-law need to learn this course because if we want become lawyer the critical skill is need because we might argue someone opinion and ask the question. The conclusion is we can't agree with all the fact or the opinion that had give to us. We need to argue and ask everything. This is what critical all about.

The question is why I need to learn this course? My program is Diploma if Office Management and Technology. If I further my study to degree I can become the manager of the company. So my field is more to become MANAGER. The problem is why manager need to understand the concept of critical thinking?

This is simple when we in top line of authority we are the decision maker. So if we can't think critically, we easy to agree with someone. Manager can't easily agree with other people. This is because all the decision that we make will affect the others. That's why ALL the Manager MUST has CRITICAL THINKING skill so that He/Her can make decision very cleverly.

I think I will try to score A for this course. This is my last semester to get A for Bel. I know where my English level is. I think person like me should not get less than B+. I should get more than that. So I need to struggle to get what I want
