Which degree that I should go

I has thinking that I should taking degree that suitable for me. My friends and my lecturer suggested to me degree which have PR and human skills. The programs that he suitable for me is customer services. I don't know I can go for that programs.
I also check that most of course that I will learn is more how to handle customers.
I hope that i can get this bachelor.
